Fallible, accounted byte allocation through a stable allocation domain.
Every domain carries checked requested-byte counters (memory profiling phase 1). Read them through the opt-in
allocation_statistics.hpp; the metric contracts are in docs/architecture/memory-profiling.md ("Questions and
metric contracts") and docs/development/memory-phase-1.md. Declared in modules/foundation/memory/include/ludus/foundation/memory/allocation_domain.hpp
